Velux Price Table¶
Instead of trade type, it is now the price table (from the customer record).
There is a field in this form called ‘Price Uplift ’, which defaults to 0.
If an amount is entered, then the price should be uplifted by this %, in exactly the same way as it is done in ‘Global Price Uplift’ in Pricing > Price Table Enquiry.
There is a button called ‘Uplift Price’ which gives the user an option to enter a ‘ Uplift’ which will then uplift filtered records by the % entered.
There is a button called 'Delete Filtered Records' which will allow the user to delete multiple records at once.
It is now possible to import Velux prices into the Velux price table.
This is done in Administration > Import from Excel > Velux Price Table.
The spreadsheet contains blind type code, Velux code, fabric group, price code description, price (eg VR, 102, A, Trade, 45.00).
When you are entering a Velux code detail line, the program now looks for a cost price for a Velux blind and stores it in the cost price field.
In the blind type record, we have stored the supplier and flagged the blind as a ‘bought in’ blind.
The program will see that this blind identifier = Velux, and look up the Velux price table instead of the normal price table.
There is new functionality to copy one set of Velux price tables to another.
We can select ‘Blind Type’, ‘Velux Code’, ‘Fabric Group’ and ‘Price Code’ and copy it to another set of choices. Each choice should have an ‘All’ option.
For example, we might want to copy all Velux codes and fabric groups to another blind type.
The new form can be accessed via the ‘Copy’ button on the Velux Price Table form.
This form now behaves in the same way as the ‘Global Price Uplift’ in Pricing > Price Table Enquiry.
