Totals of Orders Outstanding¶
Order Processing > Total Of Orders Outstanding
There are two export spreadsheets here:
These worked ok until we added the ‘Manufacturing Time’ in the stock record.
This resulted in the times not being picked up in the spreadsheet. We have resolved this by holding the ‘Process Type’ against the stock record as well.
This means that when the spreadsheets are created the manufacturing time held against the option (a stock record) will be put in the correct process type.
It is possible to display ‘Production’ in the form of ‘Total Of Orders Outstanding’.
Previously this data was only sent out to a spreadsheet.
The order of processes can now be determined by holding a ‘Sequence Number’ against the ‘Process Type’ in the System Tables > Process Type form.
The export to Excel routine has been amended to handle this.
If you use the Order Enquiry > Order Process Scan to record processed transactions, then the amounts that appear in the ‘Production’ and ‘Breakdown of Units’ spreadsheet are now reduced.
Also, if the process transaction has been done using ‘Order Process Scan’, it appears when you click on the ‘View Process Transactions’ button at the bottom of the ‘Order Enquiry’ form.
if the quantity in a blind detail line is > 1, it now multiplies this by the process minutes for the ‘Production’ and ‘Breakdown Of Units’ spreadsheets.
Previously it assumed every line had a quantity of 1.
This only applies to blind detail lines and not to component detail lines.

The figures that go into the ‘Production’ spreadsheets were still incorrect.
This was actually caused by missing category codes in order detail lines.
We noticed that the category code was not being saved if a detail line was copied, so this has now been fixed.
