Stillage¶

There is a new menu sub-option called 'Stillage' in Stock Items > Stock Enquiry, beneath 'Edit Stock Item'.
In this option, it is possible to search via order number as you can in the order enquiry screen, however, you will only be able to view an order that has been PICKED and is not yet fully manufactured.
This new menu option can be switched on with a flag in Administration > Users > Permissions > Stock Control > Stillage flag.

Order Processing > Order Enquiry > Picking Scan
There is a new Order Enquiry subform called ‘Picking Scan’.
This displays a form that allows the user to scan box blinds from the warehouse to a ‘Picking’ group stock location.
To display this menu option, the ‘Picking Scan’ flag in Administration > Users > Advanced Permissions > Order Enquiry section.
When the picking scans are done, they must be scanned in a specific order: serial id barcode, stock location barcode, box blind barcode, batch number barcode.
When the scan is completed successfully, the box blind in question will be moved from a warehouse location to a ‘Picking’ location.

Serial Detail - right-click on the detail > 'View Serial Serial Details > Serial Detail ID'
Stock Location - Stock Location in the 'Stock Item > General' table.
Box Blind Barcode - 'Supplier Barcode' in the 'Stock Item > Characteristics' table.
Batch Number - It is the batch number held in the 'Stock Item > Batches' table.
