Scale Issue with Reports¶

If there is an issue with the reports, for example, the text printing on top of each other, there are no lines shown or incorrect Logo position etc.
Probably, the issue is related to the scale/resolution of the screen if it exceeds 100% (125% / 150% and so on).

Blindata reports are sensitive to this and you can also see an incorrect Logo and some other elements position on your WO report.
So it means that Blindata does not support Windows scaling and was developed to support Full HD resolution (1920x1080).
Therefore, please change the scale to 100%, restart Blindata, and recheck it.
