Reason for Cancellation¶

Cancelled Orders

If an order gets cancelled, you can record a reason for cancelling it.
There is a table in Administration > Parameters > System Tables, called ‘Reason for Cancellation’.

When the order is deleted, a form appears where the user has to fill in a reason for cancellation.
The ‘Cancelled Orders’ report has been adjusted to include this reason.
