Quickbooks

First of all, you need to set up QuickBooks.

Administration > Parameters > Accounting Parameters

Before using the Quickbooks program, please install ‘Quickbooks Software Development Kit (SDK)’ on the client's PC (where Quickbooks will be used).
Please note that Quickbooks SDK on the client PC should be the same version as your QB application.
Quickbooks Data Location that is specified in Blindata Parameters should be accessible from both the server and client PC - eg. \\SERVER\Folder or C:\Folder (where C: is a mapped drive on both the server and client).

Switch on Quickbooks accounting and set the data path:

Please check the QuickBooks Tutorial for more information about available settings.

If you have any issue with the connection Blindata to QB, please check the link 1 and link 2 .

Re-check the parameters:

1. Add a Tax Code that will be equal to the values from the ‘Sales Tax Rates’ system table.

Create Supplier/Vendor:

To make the process easy, you can import/export the data from/into QuickBooks/Blindata then please check the Accounting Utilities.

Create Customer:

Set up QuickBooks preferences:

And then add items that you will be selling/buying:

Add QuickBooks Ref to the blind type and employee record:

When everything is finally done, create a sales order, produce it and then create a sales order:
