LogMeIn Client PC Installation

This document describes how to install the LogMeIn application on a client PC.

1. Uninstall the LogMeIn client application (if it is already installed on the PC but doesn’t work).

2. Request a download link, as it is one-time and should be generated for each new installation separately.

3. Follow the link received, check the ‘I have received this link from a trusted source’ box and click the ‘Continue’ button.

4. Download an installation file using the ‘Download Now’ button.

5. Install the LogMeIn application.

6. Send us the PC name (it can be found in the upper left corner of the LogMeIn control panel)

and credentials for the Windows user account pointed on the LogMeIn installation successful screen.

On some computers you may be prompted to enter a Computer Access Code. Usually you are prompted to create a Computer Access Code when you install LogMeIn to a computer that is not configured to require a user name and password (when you start the computer, it is ready to go without entering a password).

In this case send us the PC name and Computer Access Code.
