Finished Product Location

It is possible to scan manufactured blinds and record a location where they are being stored.
There is a new scan feature that allows serial detail lines to be scanned to a ‘Finished Product Location’.
The scan window operates similar to the Blind Process Scan Window: Scan user > Scan Location > Scan serial detail lines.
There is a new table in the System Tables called ‘Finished Product Location’.
It has fields for id, Description, barcode.
There are new user advanced permissions and button visibility for ‘Finished Product Location’.

When this button is enabled, a user will be able to scan (by serial id) a blind to a specific location.
The history of the finished product location scans are recorded but only the current, or most recent, location scan appears in the following two-column locations:

1) As a column in the serial detail lines window
2) A column in the order enquiry window. Because the order enquiry lists blind ids and not the serial numbers the location column here each of the current locations for the serial numbers associated with the blind ID.
The finished product location column in the order amend enquiry window lists each location that a serial detail line is located and the QTY of serial detail lines at each location for each blind ID.
This is similar to the products column in the Order Amend Enquiry screen where the format is: ‘QTY’ ‘Blind Type’, ‘QTY’ ‘Blind Type’, and repeats for each blind type.

Order Processing > Orders

There is a new button on the ‘Order Amend Enquiry’ form called ‘Finished Product Location’.
This has advanced permission and it brings up a new field called ‘Finished Product Location’.
