Cost Price Description

When a user adds a new record to Order Processing > Orders > Add/Amend > Extra Costs, ‘Cost Price Description’ needs to be
selected from a drop down list as this is a mandatory field.

The descriptions are stored in the ‘Cost Price Description’ system table.

The Boolean field ‘Carriage’ is used to select a cost price description when a new cost price is added for PO carriage.

When a cost price is added for PO carriage, the system tries to find the record with 'Carriage' = true. If so this record is used
in the added Sales Order > Extra costs record.
