Contact Action¶
The ‘Contact Action’ system table holds action names (what actions may be committed in relation to certain issues) used for the order log maintaining.
The ‘Action Type’ field of the ‘Contact Management Amend’ form (Order Processing > Orders > Contact Management > Add/Amend) refers to this table.
If the ‘Credit Note Issued’ flag for certain contact action is checked, the credit note number will be specified for this contact record when the
credit note has been created. In other words, a user may select the ‘Action Type’ (Order Processing > Orders > Contact Management > Action Type),
which is checked as ‘Credit Note Issued’, and then create a credit note for this order (using the Context Menu). Then, when the user opens a
‘Contact Management Amend’ form for this order, the credit note number will be specified there.
