Batch Documentation Reports¶

The ‘Batch Documentation Reports’ system table is used to batch print the reports for one particular order in one run.

To enable the batch print function, it’s necessary to check the ‘Print Batch Documentation’ (Administration > Parameters >
Report Parameters > Print Batch Documentation) flag.
Then, on the ‘Order Amend Enquiry’ screen, when the ‘Print Order’ or ‘Preview’ button is pressed, the ‘Select Reports’ form will appear.
In this form, it is possible to choose the reports to be printed in batch for the particular order.

The ‘Display Report’ field is used for checking the reports to be displayed in the ‘Select Reports’ form for orders.

The ‘Is Used for Quotations’ field is used for checking the reports to be displayed in the ‘Select Reports’ form for quotations.
