Auto EDI¶

An Auto download start time field has been added. This is called ‘Auto Start On Hour’ and is a tick box in the Parameters EDI tab.
If set to true, then it will start at the start of an hour eg 1100.
If ‘Check for new transactions automatically’ is set to 5 minutes, then the import will be done at 1100, 1105, 1110, 1115, 1120, 1125 etc.
Please note that the user responsible for importing the XML file should have the appropriate permission in the 'User Administration Amend > Advanced Permission > EDI' form, such as the 'Automatic Import' flag.

Check the 'Order Enquiry' form for the last order number:

Configurate the 'Check for new transactions automatically every' 5 min parameter:

Create a few new online orders:

Submit those new online orders:

Check for 5 min and received the XML files:

Check that the online orders were imported successfully:
